Steven and his wife Ginger founded US-Reports, Inc. in 1988.
USR works for over 500 insurance companies in providing loss control, premium audit, and risk services. In 2010, USR became a member of The Kaufman Financial Group, the world’s largest independent insurance broker, and now has an upwards of one thousand associates. Steve continues to serve as CEO, and he and his wife have other businesses in banking, real estate, and farming.
Steven and Ginger are also charter members of Launching Leaders, a test program in New Zealand which teaches career, life, and entrepreneurial tracks to young adults that belong to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
They are the parents of three sons and two daughters and have five grandchildren.
