Registration Details

• Online registration begins January 16th. After registering online, you will receive an official receipt via email.

Conference Confirmation

We will send you a confirmation notice once we have received payment. This typically happens within a day of receiving payment. If you are using a spam filter, you need to allow emails from "clickandpledge.com" or you will not receive a receipt.

Refunds

Please put your request in writing by U.S. mail. Include a copy of the emailed registration receipt if you registered on the internet or over the phone. If you registered by sending a check, include your name and address with your check number.
