Personal Furniture
All residential living at Southern Virginia is fully furnished. To bring large items or pieces of furniture (couches, recliners, beds) you need to receive prior approval from the Director of Housing.
Residents are responsible for removing personal furniture at the end of the academic year. Any furniture abandoned in university-owned housing will become the property of the university.
