Get your "blue card" by completing your paperwork with Student Financial Services
You will complete the Form I9, W4 and VA4. Don't forget to bring two original forms of ID to complete your paperwork. If you already worked on campus you will only need to obtain a blue card from Student Financial Services.
Hunt for jobs on the website or by visiting with supervisors directly
See the list on the left to see what jobs are available and remember that work study students get priority in the first two weeks of school. Please see student financial services to find out if you qualify for federal work study and check the website for openings.
Meet with your potential supervisor for an interview and to be hired
Look at your class schedule before meeting with supervisors to find out what hours you are available for work. You will need to show the supervisor your blue card so they know you have completed your paperwork already. They will complete one last form with you that includes your pay rate, hours and job title.
