Chi Epsilon Omega

Chi Epsilon Omega (CEO), founded at Southern Virginia University, is striving to be a national business honorary that recognizes outstanding students for their academic endeavors at liberal arts universities. In addition to academic excellence, members of CEO are known for their leadership, strong ethical conduct and willingness to be of service to others.

If you are interested in being a member of Chi Epsilon Omega, you must complete the application, participate successfully in a personal interview and be elected by a unanimous vote of the current membership of CEO at Southern Virginia University. In addition you must have two letters of reference regarding your leadership capabilities.

Being involved in CEO means:

  • having at least a 3.3 overall GPA and a 3.5 in your business subjects
  • being willing to be of service to others
  • participating in several academic and social events each year
  • planning to graduate from Southern Virginia University
  • helping to expand the influence of CEO nationwide
  • promising to support your brothers and sisters in CEO for a lifetime

Interviews are usually scheduled in the late afternoon or evening approximately a week after the deadline for application.
