Capstone Strategic Management Course
For the capstone requirement of coursework in Business Management and Leadership each student is challenged to apply what they have learned to specific business and management problems. They must identify and synthesize real world solutions to complex and comprehensive business situations using the skills and analytical tools in the framework of principles taught and discussed in their prior coursework. Suggested solutions must be well supported with critical and holistic suggestions presented in articulate and well-designed arguments and presentations. They must be disciplined, morally sensible solutions that display a deepened understanding of leadership principles and of good citizenship.
