Come
enjoy the spirit of Christmas on campus with music, dance, holiday treats and
Santa.
Southern
Virginia Division of Fine Arts teams with the Southern Virginia Women’s
Society, the Shenandoah Academy of Dance and two student-run ensembles to fill
the season with festivities all can enjoy. The public is invited to join the
university community as they ring in this joyous time of year. Except as noted,
all events are free.

Christmas Choral Concert
Features a short Christmas section from
Handel’s Messiah with soprano Rachel Andersen, an original composition
by Anderson and Christmas selections from renaissance to contemporary.
Performed by Chamber Choir, SVU Flute Choir, Bella Voce, and guest appearance
by SVU Orchestra.
